About Dan Mor

I am deeply grateful for all the opportunities of healing and
development that open up at the time.

I am especially grateful for the freedom we enjoy in our particular
part of the world, which I happily fill with realizing my own shamanic
heritage by passing on knowledge to others!

Before telling you some details about my biography,
I will give you a quick overview of my qualifications:

Biography - Long Form:
I am glad you want to know more about me...

I was born in 1975 in the country of Israel.
My parents had agreed on living there,
only after a few years in Germany to get my father's
business rolling.

He was killed in a car accident when I was still a baby.
So my mother and I stayed in Germany.

I basically grew up with my grandparents
who were very special people and had both dramatically
survived Auschwitz and other concentration camps.

I have listened to my granny's stories many times and one
has always been most impressive, the one where she
escaped imminent gasification by direct intervention
of the Creative Force.

Those cruel tales (which, I now realize, have always had a happy
end, at least regarding my grandparents) intermixed with the
classical European and Oriental fairytales and Mythology.

I now realize this was a twisted, but somehow fertile soil for my
phantasy, even though you will agree that Auschwitz vibrations
don't really do much to relax the subtle senses...

Then came a time when I was living with my mother and her new partner.
This turned into the hardest time of my life, even though I did my best to
survive by suppressing my emotions of anger, frustration, fear and loneliness.
I turned inwards to keep my soul from harm.

Most of the years to follow are swallowed by a deep and dark mist,
meaning I wasn't really "there", only partially participating in my own
activities, even if they included fascinating and exotic ones like travelling
to to England, Israel and backpacking in Asia.

I didn't really know how to enjoy life or how I could
open my heart to love...

Nowadays, I know this is something one can learn and cultivate.

For a long time I didn't really know where to aim, what to do with my life.
A couple of benign "coincidences" led me to rent a room in an ancient villa
iin Osnabrück, living with a family who were profoundly dedicated to an
ecological life-style, Tai Qi / Qi Gong, Acupressure and Reiki.

For the first time in my life I got to know to feeling of being
accepted: just as I was.

The big changing point was about to come about:
I went to an official employment counseller.

The whole thing took only about 5 minutes.

He asked me what I was interested in. I answered honestly:
"Something in between Psychology and Massage!"
He answered rightaway: "Do you know 'Heilpraktiker'?

Now, you've got to see that the profession 'Heilpraktiker'
is (a) something unique to Germany and (b) still regarded as
something dubitable by the mainstream, even though several
million Germany consult with Natural Medicine Practitioners
every year.

So, for me, being recommended to become an HP by a
state official was rather like winning the lotto jackpot,
especially, because he was 100% right about it.

I found a great school to study in Hannover,
where I'm still based and became the youngest HP in Germany.

The state exam is regarded as mean. Only 10% ever make it.
I still think there might have been some one "up there"
coaching me through... ( :

The school turned out to be an important crossing for my
spiritual life path as well, since my former girl-friend,
whom I had gotten to know there, took me to a free tester
session for Feng Shui, administered by some "obscure" Reiki
master, whose photo I didn't really like...

The guy was Walter, and he turned out to be a really nice guy.
I only saw the last 5 minutes of my girl-friends counselling and it
was clear to me: I want one, too!

So, I hovered around him for 2 hours, in order not to miss my
appointment. When it was my turn, it was one life-changing
experience.

For the first time in my life, some one cared to tell me about my
innermost Truth and in a loving, compassionate way, as well...!

And that, "only" by looking at the blue print of my flat
and by using his clairvoyance!

So, the dam burst...and I cried for a long time.

Walter then recommended us some seminars,
first among which: Kanseya Shay'nar -
the great Heart Healing Meditation.

Now, I teach this seminar myself -
it still is one of my favourites!

The following years were hard work,
I spent all my ressources (time & money) on my education with Walter,
and gradually I became clear and I un-froze.

This process of waking-up is ongoing, never reaching some "perfect" end,
but rather rewarding the seeker with many blessings along the way.

Finally, I had found a teacher who could show me how to enjoy and love
and understand life.

I also merged with the Reiki-Do Institute International,
drawing on the enormous creative pool and integrating it creatively
into my own, professional work in my Practice.

Some more about my shamanic work

Shamanism is humanity's fundament for healing.
All great healing traditions have their roots in the old ways
of shamanic energy work.
E.g., the oldest known sign for 'Reiki' shows a female Shaman,
doing her work.
What is a Shaman's work? A shaman is like diplomat, establishing
communication between Heaven, Earth and the Beings in between.
Bringing divine blessings down to earth.

Shamanic work includes an understanding of how life works,
it's principles, the laws of nature.

Truly shamanic work can be compared to Golden Magic.

Whereas black magic sees the world as a hostile place which needs
to be subjugated and exploited, and white magicians often try
to be too altruistic for their own good, the Golden Path is interested
in the best development of every one involved, which obviously
includes the Shaman him- or herself.
Shamanism is always looking for a win-win situation.

Shamanism is based on an animistic view of the world,
meaning: We think that everything and every one has life in it,
is animated by the divine, the Creative Force.

The work itself includes healing by connecting with Spirits
(Beings of Light, such as e.g. Guardian Angels, Power Animals
or the Great Goddess)
who can enhance the Shaman's wisdom and healing powers.

Modern Shamans don't necessarily wear fur & bones!

These guys look modern, even well-dressed and have a fresh,
clean scent to them, because they have the love for their
shamanic path in their hearts...
(No need for caves, unless you care.)

There are even terms like city magic or cyber-shamanism.

My own Shamanic Path...

included many initiations and will include many more.

Meanwhile, I pass on my knowledge in a wide range of seminars,
which are all based on the idea of a Spiritual Web of Life and the
development of Love, Personal Responsibility and Consciousness.

Why so many different classes & trainings?

Since all classes are based on the same matrix, they complete each
other, showing different angles on the same basic pattern.

Also, the Inner Child, our Body's Consciousness (according to Huna)
wants to play and deal with healing creatively.

If you bore your Inner Child you become a bad healer.

So, variety and flexibility are essential to maximize the healing potential
of the Here & Now.
In the beginning, you learn techniques. Later on, as you understand
the underlying principles, you become creative - very creative!

This is why healing should be fun!

Fun and laughter are ways to honour life and to connect.
Fascination is essential to healing, in order to keep the focus
on constructive things.

I firmly believe in organic growth - also with humans.

This is why I have such a wide spread variety of life-fertilizing
seminars at hand - to boost development and to sort out difficulties.

Like with Natural Medicine, promoting positive development and
healing the milieu is the most relaxed and harmonic way.

In some cases, however, "cancerous developments" in some person's
life have reached a degree where the situation demands the
application of pressure, "surgery" or other drastic measures.

Shamanic healing, especially Clearing Therapy, includes such measures.

With Chinese Medicine, Feng Shui, Rainbow Reiki, Wellness Massage,
Organic Nutrients & Water, Counselling, Meditation, Reincarnation
and Clearing Therapy, Shamanic Rituals, Goddess Radionic,
the Angels' help, Shamanic Oracles, Scar Harmonisation,
Detox Cures, Homeopathy, Herbal & Flower Essences,
Crystal Therapy, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil Therapy...

...I am likely to reach any client, tailoring the best-suited methods
to his or her specific needs.

Like a shamanic ritual, each healing session takes an
individual shape, methods mixing, new approaches arising.

It is this very Alchemy, that makes me so happy to work as a
Shamanic Healer! It is this joy that I want to pass on in my
classes, lectures & trainings.

My wishes & future visions...

I am especially happy to be able to work in English-speaking
countries, to combine travelling & teaching, since this has
been one of my dearest wishes for a long time.

In my opinion, massive top-down revolutions never work out so well.
But we definitely do need many small revolutions, in order to
transform our society to towards the healthier.

A grounded revolution would imply that many people learn
how to heal themselves, their families, their friends and their
direct environment.

Not by crusading, but by setting positive examples to those
around them, by intrigueing them, a slow but powerful process
comes to pass.

This process has already started!
