Would you like to explore your shamanic roots? You practice on a Djembe, the African cup drum,
with your bare hands. The vibrations of the drum make your whole body vibrate and helps release tension from the muscles, so that your life energy can flow more freely again. The stimulation of the hand reflex zones also reaches your entire organism!
